Join our team as the new Corporate Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist, focusing on hiring and engaging new talent within AFS Group and AFS Energy! You will be part of an HR team consisting of 8 specialists, hunting and identifying top-skilled talented professionals. Our team ensures that we hire the right skills to achieve our future proof strategy. In addition, you are able to shape the entire Employer branding strategy and implementation within our company. There is a lot of freedom to take on recruitment projects and develop yourself in the direction you want!

What you will be doing

  • Identify and engage international top talent in the Financial Services and Renewable Energy markets.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline using creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conception, creation and coordination of internal and external marketing and employer branding projects.
  • Development and implementation of social media strategy for AFS' corporate brand, including content creation and management of social media channels.
  • Manage your end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Innovate in recruitment, staying updated on industry trends - there are still lots of great recruitment projects that can be tackled!
  • Communicate transparently with candidates and internal stakeholders, so everyone is up to date at all times.

Job requirements

What you can offer us

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Around 2 years of hands-on experience in a Recruitment role or similar.
  • A flair for connecting with top-tier talent, sourcing, and engagement.
  • Recruitment marketing expertise, open mind and creativity allow you to find new opportunities to communicate about AFS.
  • A commitment to delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and teams.
  • A unique recruitment approach: implementing inventive tactics in hiring to attract top talent within a fiercely competitive job market.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Energetic, proactive, and a natural team player.
